Facing an issue when we are Migrating the data to shopify store

We are facing an issue importing data from WordPress to the Shopify store.

When we started the importing process from WordPress, it started successfully. But after some time, imports stop automatically. We have checked aspects of the importing process. Why does the import process stop?

We have found some interesting details regarding the import process.

We are thinking the importing process will be done server-to-server. But this process has not worked. When our internet stops working, the import process stops automatically, and again, we need to start the import process.

So we need to know some information from your support team.

1. Do We need to keep the WP Dashboard open to run the import process?

2. Should the import process need the internet to continue the data migration process?

3. And most importantly, our import process is very slow. Is it possible to make the import process faster?
