Fail to create Order with 3 items (Tmall/Taobao) in Taobao

Hi,

I have tried to insert one order with 3 items (Tmall/Taobao) Only the 1st line (TMALL) could be placed into to Taobao cart and the other two Taobao items are time-out due to unusual traffic detected. I try one order with two items without issue.

I provide a screen dump and let you try it in our e-commerce.

As my early mentioned, if your plugin could provide a delay in ms may solve this issue.
