filter not showing results

Good afternoon,

I have two issues that I need support with, please. I have created a demo video showing the two issues so you can see exactly what I am facing. My hope is that this can speed up finding a solution. Issue One: The filters on the shop page are not being applied to the page unless the option “using button to filter – choose show a button ‘apply filter’ to apply all filters” is selected.

Issue Two: Within the categories page, the filters are preselected, showing only the products within that category page. I want website visitors to have the ability to search all products rather than only those within the selected category.
