First name and from email

Hello,
I have just purchased your plugin and I have a couple of questions:
1. Is there a shortcode for customer’s first name (not full name or last name)?
2. I’d like one of the templates to go out from a different email (not the admin). How do I go about doing that?
3. Even though I set reply-to in the settings, it’s not currently working. Can you advise as to how to fix that?
