Fixed Exchange Rate keeps updating to live rate

    Hi there

    I have my setting set to Fixed exchange rate, I keep setting my fixed rate and by the next day the live rate has been updated. Please advise.
    USD = $1
    CAD $1.25 (fixed rate)
