Fixed prices and change in URL

Hi,

We are using fixed prices mentioned in woocommerce

EU = €0.99
SG = $3.20

But we see the fixed price is not working here as well, when add a product in cart from EU and change to language = SG the price keeps 0.99, but in $, so gets $0.99 in the checkout.
Actually this is really not acceptable. We have gone trough your guides as well, but can not get this done.
We prefer the following please. Can you advice the correct settings?

1. Fixed price with fixed currency for languages, based on country in URL / Polylang
2. When language (URL) changes => clear cart, or dont use currency from other country
