Fixing abandon cart logs from bots & crawlers

We get a huge number of bots on our site adding items to cart and effecting our logs.

1. Are there recommended settings to avoid logging bot accounts?

2. Do you have plan to have a permanent solution to stop tracking such carts from being logged?
