Our page is a hungarian webshop(wordpress 6.2.2) runing on php 7.4 that uses
CURCY – WooCommerce Multi Currency – Currency Switcher(version 2.25) and Octolize Flexible Shipping PRO WooCommerce(version for basic 4.21.5 an version 2.16.2 for the pro modul) and WooCommerce(version 7.8.2). The plugins worked good in the past 2-3 years, but about 3 month ago the multy currency part broke. If a customer try to purchase an item with anything else, but the default currency(HUF), at the checkour page there is an error telling “there is no shipping option for the selected country”, what is incorrect, because we have flexible shipping configured for every county what is selectable(it worked before and nothink was changed about this on our site), and because if that the order cannot be placed.We purchased the pro version of both plugins, updated them(we were using the free versions before), but still the same issue. I can’t attach the full log, because of the upload size limit, so I attach the part when it went wrong.
So summary: If the currency is changed from the default(HUF), the order cannot be completed, because at the checkout page there is an error teeling “there is no shipping option configured for the selected option”, however there is, because it works with HUF.
Octolize support checked the webshop and they directed us to you, telling us that the problem is not with their plugin.
