Form doesn’t work with widget shortcode

Hello,

I’d like to create a page with the short code widget: [wcb_widget always_visible=1 show_coupon_code=1] that I found in your documentation. (in addition to the popup)

The form is displayed correctly, although a part is not translated, whereas it is on the popup.

But when I click on send, nothing happens, whereas on the popup it works.

Any ideas?
