Form no longer displayed and package tracking not updated

Hello,

Recently, the tracking of packages does not work anymore and the form displays the default message all the time.

So I tried to update the plugin and now I have another problem, the form does not display at all unless I select the Aftership service and I include the shortcode on my tracking page and the form is not auto-populated with the information passed in GET.

My customers can’t track their parcels and I receive a lot of emails, could you help me urgently to restore my tracking form which was working fine before?
