Free Gift plugin not working for all orders – randomly works sometimes

We have several rules set up for the free gift plugin:
$10 gift card with $50 purchase
$15 gift card with $75 purchase
$25 gift card with $100 purchase

Looking through our Woocommerce orders, some purchases over $50 do receive the free gift, others don’t for some reason. All products are eligible for the free gift – for some reason it is not working correctly on all of our orders
