“Free Shipping” bar

Hi, I would like to ask if the Free Shipping bar that is included in the PRO version of the Floating Cart plugin is able to show the shipping bar based on customer location.

For example, for customers in US they have free shipping for orders $100 and above, but for Canada, it is free shipping for orders $200 and above. I want the correct free shipping bar to show depending on the customer’s country.

Is this possible?
