Free Shipping Bar Bug

1) When adding products to Cart, the Free Shipping Bar doesn’t shop up immediately. It needs to load the page to show the Free Shipping Bar.

2) When removing products, the Free Shipping Bar message seems to appear twice.

3) On the Cart page, is there a way to transfer the Free Shipping bar above the Shipping section? https://app.screencast.com/ECTNRfI68VCMo
There’s no option on the plugin settings for this.
