Free Shipping Bar doesn’t want to appear

Hello, I’m using Woocommerce 9.6.0 with Elementor Pro 3.21. I ‘ve just installed and set the plugin, and it doesn’t appear at all. Or rather it flashes for 1 sec without text.. just the background, and dissapears immediately.
I’ve already had some experience with this plugin, I had no problem with it so far and I really like it. I don’t really understand what’s happening now. Is it a conflict with the newest Elementor or Woocommerce?
