Free shipping bar no longer translating correctly WPML

Hello,

I recently noticed that the plugin is no longer working with WPML correctly.
The shipping bar is now staying in English instead switching to German like it used to.

This functionality is very important to me because we have many German customers and it needs to show up in the correct language for them.
