Free shipping bar Premium not working

I followed all setup instructions but it is not working properly.

The shipping bar is not being displayed in the pages I selected.
In some ocassions, it displays the small progress bar in a product page, even if the small progress bar is disabled.

My environment is:
– WordPress 5.0.3
– Woocommerce 3.5.3
– PHP 7.1

Please, help. Need to resolve this asap or please refund.
