Frontend shipping doesnt work

Hi,

when i activate fronted shipping on my site, in some if you select shipping country on the product page let say i change it to spain, it will say product cant be shipped to spain, but in reality i can when you go back to aliexpress you can ship to spain, and also since i have a setup where if the product cant be shipped to a country the remove the product from cart, so this affect customers trying to buy items as it removes it and say product cant be shipped to that country but when infact it can

i dont know if its safe to share password with you and access, wont be PCI Compliant – how ever i can turn it on and show you a video or i dont know whats the best way to do this ??
