GBP to USD rate not changing

Hi, I purchased Curcy back in April but have not got round to using on website yet due to updating website first. I have tried to set it up today, i have put in the exchange rate for USD but when i enable the Plugin, i go to my website and change the currency from GBP to USD, the price doesnt change, the only thing that changes is the £ sign to the $ sign.
