Geolocation not working

Hi! I have COP currency for visitors in Colombia and USD currency for visitors in USA. All was going well, but a few days ago, the WooCommerce geolocation started to failed, saying all users are in USA (no matter if they are in Colombia, the geolocation says all users come from USA). Could you please help me with that? Thanks!!!
