Give coupon only if specific coupon is used

Hi, is it possible to give a coupon only if a specific other coupon is used in the checkout?

So let’s say, I check out without a coupon. I will not be getting an additional one.

Now, I am using coupon: XYZ, which gives me a new, single-use coupon
