Guests are still adding to cart without entering any email

I have set up the pop up and enabled the fields but my logs are still showing multiple guest carts with no email. How can I prevent this?

Also I had my site content protected but your add to cart button was unable to be clicked because of the site protection. Now my site is open for anyone to steral images and content. How can I add my protection and still use your button?

Finally I wanted to add to cart showing a phone number only but the backend had no where for me to change the word ’email’ for ‘mobile’
