having trouble with activation. and I need variable to be set at default

Before sending this message I have tried all the for=ums instruction and it did not resolved my issues. So I will appreciates actuals technical support rather referred to the forums i already tried. The API key is not activating even when the “Approved” popup and I approved it but nothing happened it kept opening another popup
