Headline order details (paid) not from template

Hi there,
I noticed that the headline for the email template order details (paid) is not the one from the template created with your plugin as soon as an attachment like an invoice is automatically attached to the mail (in my case the germanized plugin attaches the invoice). If there is no attachment the headline from the template is used.
