Hide Country of Origin on Shipping details

Hello,

How do I hide the country of origin details on the shipping information that my customer sees when tracking their package? Is there a way to do this with your plugin?

Also, is there a way to show default tracking information until the package gets to the customer’s local country, meaning I don’t want to show, package is at customs clearance, etc.
