Hide ‘out of stock’ variation feature doesn’t work for some products

Hello.
The problem is ‘out of stock variation’ does not work just for a one product in my product list. I am afraid it happens because it has the most variations: Size(8 sizes), Packs (2 kinds of packs), Color (6 colors). So, it does not eliminate out of stock positions. Are there any limitations for variations? I thought that I did something wrong and tried to create a new product from the scratch. At some moment after adding variations and stock amount it also stopped to hide out of stock variations. Please give me any clues what might be the problem here. I like your plugin and want it to work on my site.
