Hide out of stock variations

Hello,
We have site, http://www.brums.ee, have about 1000 parent products with a lot of variations. We enable *Hide out of stock variations* at Woo settings. Hide ‘out of stock’ variation item is also enabled. However, steel see a lot of parent products with 0 variations available as well as 0 variations on product page.
Please advise
