Hide product price in Completed Order email

Hi,
One of our customers runs an estore that is specific to a single customer with multiple sites.
All orders are summarised at the end of the month and sent to the central finance department for payment.
As such, they would like a way to edit the email templates that are sent to the site placing the order to display the ordered products and quantities, as well as a tracking number, but no financial details, i.e. no pricing against the order lines.
Is there a way to disable the product amounts using your email customizer plugin?
I could not see one when I downloaded the free version to test it but wanted to check in case I had simply missed something.
