Hooks aren’t working in in live mode

Hi there,

We purchased your Plugin Email Template Customizer and are quite happy with the results so far.
Now, we have two emails that need additional information that is not present in the variables or placeholders. Therefore, we are now using WP Hooks to provide the information.
Booth Emails are coming from Germanized. Also, it is sent via the woocommerce plugin.
One is the customer’s Order Set information, where we provide the tracking number from Germanized, and the other is the EMail for the guest users requesting a return, in which we provide the URL for the Request Form.

Booth emails are working correctly in the Preview mode, and we can see the needed information placed in the correct position in the email. However, the emails sent in the normal workflow do not have the information anymore, and there is nothing in the position where the information should appear.

We need some support to identify the issue here. Maybe you have some experience already with such a setup and can tell right away what the issue is.
