On mobile the user could swipe (so not using the nav arrows) the swatch slider, but it only moves one spot. Please Check the recording I did on mobile to understand what I mean. I want it to have a ‘free scroll’ so mobile phone users could just swipe to the right and left.
The variation slider has about 64 options and if mobile users have to click the arrow 64 times to get to their desired option it’s just not user-friendly
