How do I bulk upload tracking numbers via CSV and have it sync w/ PayPal?

Hello,

I was wondering how to get your plugin to allow me to bulk upload the tracking numbers for orders via a CSV import and have it automatically sync the orders to PayPal. I submitted a question on EnvatoMarket and you told me this was possible and to submit a support ticket on your website.
