How do I edit the tracking page?

I think I met a problem that is hard to solve, So I need your help.
I would like to edit a text on the tracking page, but there is no option for editing it.
I don’t know how to change it, the paragraph is grammatically wrong, so I want to modify it. Please take a look at the Image 1.
Can you tell me where can I edit/delete the paragraph in the image 1?
