How does it update automatically when it is in custom?

Hello, I hope you are well. I need the Finance API function to automatically calculate the rate when the custom option is active with the variable I created to obtain it. The problem is that I don’t know how to do it because I understand that the plugin doesn’t search for a service when it is in custom. I hope I’ve explained myself well. Thanks.
