    Hi,
    Awesome plugin first of all.
    Question is, Our payment processor charges 2% purchase price for converting currencies from international cards to USD.

    I am confused about how to add the exchange fee rate. So for example,
    USD 1 DOLLAR = 0.72GBP, then should I set 1USD = 0.72GBP -0.02 exchange rate?

    Appreciate any help!
