How to bulk edit and give discount rule to products

Good morning,
I would like to know if there is a way to select multiple products and give them a discount rule instead of change the discount price product by product, so even google merchant can read it and show it in the ads. Because right now, google can’t read the discount rules via plugin, so i thought maybe bulk edit can do it.
