How to change position/alignment location of pop up

I have successfully installed the plugin to make use of the Cross Sell pop up feature. While it is working as I had hoped I am unsure how I can change the position where the pop up appears. At present the pop up appears on the bottom right of desktop devices. Is there any way I can change this to be aligned center both horizontally and vertically?
