How to change the default review layout

Hi, I just purchased and installed the photo review plugin. Reviews are appearing under the product page. But I want some help to fix some layout issue (attached screenshot shows the issues) as below –

1. I want the review form to appear first on top of reviews. At this moment it is two column design by default where the form is appearing on right column. Is it possible to show a button like “Write Review”, by clicking which review form will appear as popup ?

2. After submitting the review with star rating, the overall rating is still showing is faded color like there is no rating

3. How to put the GDPR text next to the check box in same line, not in new line as showing by default
