How to customized email message based on the prizes?

Dear support, I want to customize the email messages based on each prize we tried to use the value but it won’t work as I tried to save the settings and the message might contain a hyperlink inside it. Can help to check and test? Thank you.

Example:
1. Prize A if I won, I got this message in my email: To claim this prize please go to our counter
2. Prize B if I won, I got this message in my email: To know how to claim this prize, message us directly
