How to edit order completed date

Hi, I have a lot of orders that were not completed in Woo and we just flagged them all as completed this week, but that has added them to sales for this period and not the period that they were actually processed. I can find in the Orders Meta Fields _wc_order_attribution_session_start_time which shows a date/time value but I cannot identify a field for the completion date of the order. My goal is to filter for orders with a start date over 12 months ago but with a completion date of May 2025. Can you assist please.
