How to import via csv

I want to import the reviews from csv, I tried to export the reviews first to get the format. But when I tried to import the reviews, it would fail. Somtimes, some of the reviews may be imported(not all).
I tried to find more information about this. It seems that there is not too much about it. Can you show me more tutorial about this? How about the imported csv format?
