How to insert only currency code and symbol in menu currency selector?

Hello,

I have tested all the CURCY currency selectors to insert via shortcode and none of them have the option to display only the “currency code + currency symbol”. For example: “EUR €”, “USD $” and so on. I would like it to be displayed in both the selector and the selection menu. How can I do this?
