how to install upgrade to premium version

I paid a tech to install this program but they installed the free version.
I pressed the button in the site’s free plugin to upgrade but it doesn’t automatically update and I cannot upload the plugin it keeps failing.
I purchased the permium version but it will not install into wordpress.
Every time I try it says plugin installation failed.

Is there some other way to upgrade it?
