How to launch emails with the server cron

Hello,

I know almost nothing about the server configuration. Could you please help me to write the correct command so that the emails work.

We disabled WP cron and are launching it from server. Please see Screenshot 1.

This command * * * * * curl https://ortoteka.lv/wp-cron.php gives an error.

Please let us know what I should enter in the command screen (Screenshot 2).
