How to make plugin settings available to non admin (shopmanager) user role

Hi, Thanks for you nice plugin. I installed and configured the plugin as Admin, but I want our shopmanager to be able ro add cross sells, etc. However, the plugin is only visible to Admin user role. How can I make it visible/available to the userrole shopmanager as well? Many thanks and best regards,
