How to remove the snow effect + [x] not visible + problem with cache on mobile

Hello,

1. I would like to remove entirely the snow effect, how is this possible?

2. There is no [x] Close button to the Popup

3. I’m having some problems on mobile maybe its because of cache, I use wp rocket, can you please check it?
