How to send emails to SHIPPED and DELIVERED statuses

Hi,

I’m using the Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin and TrackShip. There are a couple of order statuses generated by these plugins. I want to send email templates for SHIPPED and DELIVERED status.

When I open the Email Customiser, there’s an option on the top right corner to select the email type. However, SHIPPED and DELIVERED are not available on this list.

How can I send emails to TYPE SHIPPED and DELIVERED? What should I do to link a template to these order statuses please?
