How to set coupon sent only to the user’s email that purchased the product?

Hello there,

Question 1. If both “Send coupon to customers when their reviews are approved” and “Only send coupon for reviews from purchased customers.” are set, will anyone submit reviews receive coupons, or only purchased customers receive coupons?

Question 2. The “Purchased customers” are those purchase any products in my site or only for the user purchased the specific product that he reviewed?
