Hi Team,
We have just discovered that our customers received automatic Woocommerce order confirmation emails on order import for old orders, which is not ideal.
For testing, we initially tried to import one order using the import by order ID, but it failed to work and gave us an error message stating that no data was found.
So, we then used bulk order import and selected a very narrow date range to try and import only one order. However, five orders were imported and, as a result, five customers received confirmation emails.
To summarise:
1. Is there a way to prevent customer email notifications from being sent during the import process of orders?
2. How do we fix the issue (no data found) with the Import Order by ID feature?
