How to sync tracking number for only non-completed orders

Hi,

When I click “Aliexpress sync” in woocommerce order page, it always sync tracking number for all of the orders.

Is it possible to only sync tracking number for “processing” and “on hold” orders?

Or at least can it sync tracking number from the newest order to oldest ones?(currently it sync from the oldest to newest order)

I have over 14000 orders and it takes too long time to sync the new orders and it fails.
