How to translate frontend part of plugin

Hello! I did a presale question yesterday about translating and you give me some advice do use Poedit, thank you!

I just purchased the plugin, I open up the file woocommerce-boost-sales.put (inside languages) but its showing all plugin text.. there is some “easy” way to find just the frontend part? (it’s ok to backend remains in english since I will configure the plugin and such, but all my customers aren’t english speakers)

Can you give me some advices on that? Thank you!
