How to translate templates using WPML?

Hi!

In the documentation I found sentences: “Rules for languages: This rule only appears once you use a multilingual plugin (WPML, or Polylang). With this rule, you can create several templates and assigned them to different languages.”

Please precise the quickest way to create a template in another language. Can I somehow copy/paste existing template/s and just change text?
